Most of our products have a MOQ of 100-300 pieces. Lower MOQ is also possible, get in touch with us to know more.
- If the sample you request is our existing style, we normally provide it for free, as long as the shipping fee is covered by you.
- If the sample you request is not our existing style, we charge a small sampling fee, which is refundable when you place an order of the same style.
- Depending on the products, the sample processing time is around 1-2 weeks.
- For samples and small orders, we usually ship using express services like DHL, UPS and FedEx. It takes around 3-7 working days to arrive in your country.
- For large orders, we usually ship by sea freight. We can use your destinated shipping agent if you have one. Or we can recommend a shipping agent to best meet your needs. The shipping time varies depending on the destination country.

- We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and eCheck for most orders. For small orders, we also accept Credit Card and PayPal.
- For small orders and new customers, we normally take full payment before shipment.
- For other orders, a 30% deposit is required on placement of the order, the remaining balance is due upon receipt of shipment proof.
