2001年5月,江南大学与世界著名经编机械制造商卡尔迈耶集团强强联合,成立江南大学-卡尔迈耶集团经编研究中心。2009年5月,经国家教育部批准立项建设经编技术教育部工程研究中心,中心拥有国际一流的针织科研平台,中心现有总人数90名,其中教授5名、副教授3名、专职科研人员6名、工程化人员12名,全日制博士10余名、硕士50余名。

针织中心以江南大学为依托,以纺织科学与工程学科为基础,融合计算机工程、自动控制以及艺术设计等会多学科交叉,进行针织数字化软件、装备与产品的研究与开发,并实施产业化。教育部针织技术工程研究中心是教育部在全国高校中唯一设立的以“针织技术”为主题的省部级科研平台。

In May 2001, Jiangnan University and the world-renowned warp knitting machinery manufacturer Karl Mayer Group jointly established the Jiangnan University-Karl Mayer Group Warp Knitting Research Center. In May 2009, the Ministry of Education approved the Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center's establishment for warp knitting technology. The centre has a world-class knitting research platform. The centre has 90 people, including five professors, three associate professors, and full-time researchers. There are six engineers, 12 engineers, more than ten full-time doctors and more than 50 masters. The Knitting Center is backed by Jiangnan University, based on textile science and engineering disciplines, and integrates computer engineering, automatic control, and art design. It conducts research and development of knitting digital software, equipment and products, and implements industrialization. The Knitting Technology Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education is the only provincial and ministerial scientific research platform with the theme of "knitting technology" established by the Ministry of Education in colleges and universities.

教育部针织技术工程研究中心主任,博士生导师。多年来从事针织物 CAD 技术, 针织装备集成控制技术和针织新产品设计与开发方面的科研与教学。获“中国纺 织学术大奖”,国家科技进步二等奖 1 项,省部级科技进步一等奖 4 项、二等奖 8 项、三等奖 6项;获授权发明专利 50余项,软件著作权 10项,出版专著 11 本, 发表学术论文 400 余篇,其中 SCI 论文60余篇。

Director of Knitting Committee of China Textile Engineering Society

Director of Knitting Technology Engineering Research Center, Ministry of Education, PhD supervisor For many years, he has been engaged in the research and teaching of knitted fabric CAD technology, integrated control technology of knitting equipment, and design and development of new knitting products. Won the "China Textile Academic Award", 1 National Science and Technology Progress Award, four provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress first prizes, 8-second prizes, and six third prizes; more than 50 authorized invention patents, software copyrights ten items, 11 monographs and more than 400 academic papers, including more than 60 SCI papers.

中国纺织工程学会针织专业委员会 秘书长

教育部针织技术工程研究中心副主任,博士生导师。主要从事针织工艺理论、针织产品创新设计、针织生产数字化与智能化的研究。承担和参加国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑江苏省产学研等省部级纵向科研项目20余项,承担企业横向项目40余项。获国家科技进步二等奖 1 项,以针织工艺、装备和产品的科技创新为内容获各类科技奖项17项。获发明专利授权40余件,发表学术论文120余篇。

Deputy Director of the Ministry of Education Knitting Technology Engineering Research Center, Professor. We are mainly engaged in knitting technology theory, innovative design of knitting products, digitalization, and knitting production intelligence. Undertake and participate in more than 20 provincial and ministerial-level vertical scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Science and Technology Support Jiangsu Province, and undertake more than 40 enterprise horizontal projects. National Science and Technology Progress Award 1, with knitting process, technological innovation and equipment and products for various scientific and technical content, won 17 awards. More than 40 invention patents have been authorized, and more than 120 academic papers have been published.

夏风林 江南大学 教授

硕士生导师。主要从事现代针织装备技术、 纺织品 设计与产品开发的研究和教学工作。公开发表学术论文 80 余篇。先后主持或参与省部级纵向科研项目 8 项和 横向项目20余项,获国家科技进步二等奖 1 项;省部级科技进步一等奖 2 项、二等奖 3 项,申请发明专利 9 项,已获发明专利授权 6 项。

Xia Fenglin Jiangnan University Professor Master Instructor.

He is mainly engaged in modern knitting equipment technology, textile design, and product development. More than 80 academic papers have been published.

He has presided over or participated in 8 provincial and ministerial-level vertical scientific research projects and more than 20 horizontal projects, won a 1-second prize of national scientific and technological progress; 2 provincial and ministerial scientific and technical progress first prizes, 3-second prizes, and applied for invention patents 9 Items, and six items of invention patents have been authorized.

张  琦 江南大学 副教授

硕士生导师。主要研究方向为纺织产品的数字化与纺织装备的智能化。目前主持和参与国家自然科学基金、江苏省产学研项目等纵向科研项目10余项,先后发表术论文 30 余篇;获国家发明专利 40 余项;承担经编装备智能化横向科研项目 50 余项,先后获得省部级科技进步一等奖 3 项、二等奖 3 项、三等奖 4项。

Zhang Qi Jiangnan University Associate Professor Master Instructor.

The main research direction is the digitization of textile products and the intelligence of textile equipment. 董智佳 江南大学 副教授

硕士生导师。主要主要从事针织产品设计、针织全成形服装结构与全成形服装虚拟展示等方面的教学与科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金委青年基金项目 1 项,江苏省科技厅产学研项目 2 项,江苏省“双创计划”科技副总人才项目 1 项,主持企业横向科研项目5项,参与企业 横向科研项目6项。已发表学术论文 20 余篇,已授权发明专利 10项。 获江苏省科学技术奖三等奖 1 项,中国纺织工业联合会科技进步一等奖 1 项,第七届太湖奖设计大赛产品组一等奖 1 项。

主要从事数字化针织技术的研究,主持省产学研项目 1 项,企业横向项目 6 项。 获国家科技进步奖二等奖 1 项,江苏省科学技术奖 4 项、中国纺织工业联合会科技进步奖 7 项。2019 年入选江苏省双创人才计划科技副总。已发表学术论文40余篇,已授权发明专利 15项。

Zhang Aijun Jiangnan University Associate Professor

Mainly engaged in digital knitting technology research presided over one provincial industry-university-research project and six horizontal enterprise projects.  National Science and Technology Progress Award second prize, Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award four, China Textile Industry Association Technology Progress Award 7.

In 2019, he was selected as the Vice President of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Double Innovation Talent Program. More than 40 academic papers have been published, and 15 invention patents have been authorized.
